Hvidovre has signed former Lillestrøm player Fredrik Krogstad. The 29-year-old has signed for Hvidovre, who play in Denmark's second tier. The club announced the signing on Tuesday. Krogstad has been on trial with the club and has been rewarded with a contract. Hvidovre has not disclosed the length of the contract. Krogstad was most recently playing for the Polish club Korona Kielce. – We got Fredrik recommended through our network and had him on trial last week where we got to know each other. This has now led to an agreement, says the club's sports director, Peter Lassen on Hvidovre's website. Hvidovre is in sixth place on the table after nine games. They meet Esbjerg in the tenth round of the season on Sunday. Krogstad played two seasons in Stabæk after his time in LSK.
