Hvidovre coach Per Frandsen has been appointed as the new coach of Odd. He has signed a contract until the 2027 season. Frandsen has previously had great success with Hvidovre, who lifted the club from the third tier to the top league. He has also previously coached Denmark's youth national teams. Odd has struggled severely in the second tier after being relegated from the top league last season. The club is only six points above the relegation zone and has seven consecutive games without a win. On Saturday, Åsane awaits on the road. Frandsen has also previously played for English clubs Bolton, Lille, FC Copenhagen, Blackburn and Wigan. He has also represented Denmark at the national team level.
